Lantern Hollow

Lantern Hollow is a quieter kind of game. You explore a hand-drawn woodland carrying a lantern, lighting paths and uncovering little stories tucked into the scenery. There's no combat and no failure state — it's about wandering and noticing things.

The touch controls are smooth, and the whole thing is clearly made to be played slowly. We found ourselves just sitting with it on an evening, following a side path to see where it led. The art and ambient sound are lovely.

It's short, maybe four hours, and some players will want more challenge. But as a calming adventure to unwind with, it's a small gem.
